Gentoo Group is delighted to be making a number of new two bedroom homes available to rent at Cottier Grange, specifically for local people who have a connection to Prudhoe.
A total of £79m is being invested in the flagship development, bringing much needed new housing to the town. Of the 404 homes being built on the site, 61 of them will be available to rent through Gentoo Group.
Gentoo Group is a social landlord based in the North East and is the parent company of Gentoo Homes - the housing developer involved in bringing Cottier Grange to the area.
