A much needed place to rest whilst waiting for the bus

Following requests from residents, Prudhoe Town Council agreed to install a public seat outside the bus shelter near Ebenezer Chapel (travelling east) and seats within the shelters at Cottier Grange (travelling west) and Waterworld (travelling west).  It is understood that seats may be appreciated in other traditional stone shelters in the town and we are liaising with County Councillor Gordon Stewart regarding capital funding for a scheme that equips them all.  The seats requested so far, as listed, will be ordered as soon as possible, and any others on confirmation of funding.
