Town Council Staffing
Following the resignation of the Town Clerk/RFO, Sarah Eden, Prudhoe Town Council agreed at their meeting last night, to schedule a Human Resources Committee meeting and a subsequent Extra-Ordinary meeting. The meetings will address staffing matters and resolve to commence recruitment.
The Chair, Cllr Bryan Futers expressed that he was sad to see the Clerk go and commended the work carried out over the years, bringing the Council forward in many ways. Sarah will start her new appointment as Clerk/RFO to Ashington Town Council at the beginning of December.
The Human Resources Committee meeting, will be held on Thursday 7th October, commencing at 6:30pm. The Extra-Ordinary Meeting will follow at 7:00pm.
