Amended Planning Application – Land South of Broomhouse Lane/Station Road

The land South of Broomhouse Lane is subject to an amended planning application for 61 houses and 10 apartments.  This site has raised a lot of interest in the past and continues to do so.

At their meeting last night, Prudhoe Town Council agreed to strongly object to the application.  Concerns were raised regarding the use of Tilley Crescent to access 31 dwellings and also flooding issues.  Full details of the objection can be read in the document attached below.

Following a number of pertinent questions from residents, Prudhoe Town Council also agreed to include a series of questions from residents to the Planning Authority.
