Proclamation to the people of County of Northumberland

The official proclamation of the new Sovereign, King Charles III, was read out by the High Sheriff of Northumberland James Royds, accompanied by the Lord Lieutenant of Northumberland on Sunday 11 September 2022.

The short ceremony took place outside Morpeth Town Hall on Bridge Street at 1pm.
