Polling Station Staff, Verification and Count Staff required for Northumberland County Council and Town and Parish Elections

Northumberland County Council’s Elections Office is recruiting for the elections that take place on 6th May 2021.  The roles available are listed below:

Polling Station Staff across Northumberland.

Postal Vote Opening Staff, with all sessions taking place at Blyth Sports Centre on the following days (times are subject to change);

Tuesday 27th April, 10am till finish

Wednesday 28th April, 10am till finish

Friday 30th April, 10am till finish

Tuesday 4th May, 10am till finish

Wednesday 5th May, 10am till finish

Thursday 6th May, day 12noon till 6pm & evening 7pm till finish.

Verification and Count Staff, with all sessions taking place at Blyth Sports Centre on the following days (times to be confirmed);

Thursday 6th May, commencing at 10pm till finish

Friday 7th May, day. Time to be confirmed

Saturday 8th May, day. Time to be confirmed
