The Ordinary Meeting of the Town Council will be held on Wednesday 30th September 2020, beginning at 7:00pm.
Members of the public are welcome to attend, via the link below. The meeting will welcome trustees of Friends of Eastwood Park, Alex Bond and Russ Greig, to present the outcomes of the recent ‘Feeding Prudhoe & Mickley’ Initiative. This initiative benefitted families and saw the Miner’s Lamp Café and Community Hub preparing 1200 meals for young people between 26th July and 4th September. This was a step-up and slight change from the 1100 meals delivered to the town’s elderly during shielding, and in addition to the ‘pay as you feel market’.
The meeting will also welcome residents who have requested the opportunity to address the Council on Highways and Transport matters, in view that the Council is agreeing priorities to Northumberland County Council as Highway Authority.
